Terms of use

These terms set out the conditions for using the browser game "KEYFALL" (the "Game"). By using the Game you agree to these terms.

1. Fees

The Game is free to use. Advertisements are shown on the Game's pages.

2. Rights to the files you load

Audio, MIDI files, images and other files you load into the Game must be files you have the right to use. Copyrights and other rights in the music belong to their respective owners, and the operator does not grant any license to them.

3. Handling of data

Files you load, analysis results, settings and scores are processed and stored only in your browser and are not sent to the operator's server.

4. Prohibited conduct

• Acts that violate laws or public order and morals
• Acts that infringe copyrights or other rights of third parties (using illegally uploaded music, distributing charts or audio without the rights holder's permission, etc.)
• Interfering with the operation of the Game, or causing advertisements to be clicked fraudulently

5. Disclaimer

The Game is provided "as is". The operator is not responsible for the accuracy of automatic analysis, correct operation in any environment, or any damage arising from use of the Game. The Game may be changed or discontinued without notice.

6. Changes to these terms

The operator may change these terms when necessary. Revised terms take effect when they are posted on this page.
